Snagging, netting, trotlines, and similar methods are prohibited.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">Fishing is allowed <strong>Saturday 6:00 AM through Sunday 2:00 PM<\/strong> where permitted.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\"><strong>No fishing on Friday night.<\/strong> Anyone caught fishing before the official start will be <strong>automatically disqualified with no refund<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">Respect private property at all times. Trespassing is strictly prohibited.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\"><strong>No fishing behind the Roll\u2011A\u2011Way Roller Skating Rink.<\/strong> This area is private property and will not be stocked.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">For the Big Trout contest, trout must be presented at the Check\u2011In Station with tags intact. Any evidence of tampering results in disqualification.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\"><strong>Limit of 5 tags turned in per participant per day (Saturday and Sunday).<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">The Trout Derby reserves the right to accept or reject any trout presented for payment.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">Any violation of rules may result in disqualification.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<h2><strong>Fishing Hours<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\"><strong>Saturday<\/strong> 6:00 AM \u2013 <\/span><strong style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve; font-style: inherit;\">Sunday<\/strong><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve; font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> 2:00 PM<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\"><strong>No prize payouts after 3:00 PM on Sunday<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<h2><strong>Tagged Trout Rules<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve; font-style: inherit;\">Maximum of 5 tags may be turned in per participant per day.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">Prize amounts vary by tag and are paid only during Check\u2011In hours.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">Prior year tags are void.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<h2><strong>Big Trout Contest<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">Entry requires an additional <strong>$5.00 fee<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">Contest is a <strong>50\/50 payout &#8211; <\/strong>half of the Big Trout Contest fees are paid to the winners as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\"><strong>60%<\/strong> to the largest Tagged Trout<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\"><strong>30%<\/strong> to the second largest<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\"><strong>10%<\/strong> to the third largest<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">Ranking is based on <strong>total length plus girth<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\"><strong>Weight<\/strong> is used as the tiebreaker.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">Tagged trout must be presented at the Check-In Station with tags intact.
