I attended the trout derby last year, and did not receive a registration form for this year’s event. The guys who I went with last year already received their registration for this year. just wondering how you plan on stopping all the people who start fishing before 6:00 a.m. and already have 2 or 3 tagged fish. i witnessed it the past 2 years and called it in but they said there was nothing they could do and i even had a liscense plate # watch the bridge in scotland near the rr bridge

I have a child interested in entering this is her first year fishing, she still does not touch the worms or will touch the fish to take them off the hook, if a parent or grandparent is with her and she catches one can the adult help with these steps or does the adult have to be intered into the durby as well?
The adult should be registered for the Derby as well
